Retail Management / Customer Services

Courses are run on a regular basis and all matrial is relevant to the trade.

Courses can be attended in Tlc centre or your place of work, or both.

Management courses follow the general outline of our Business Management courses (see separate entry), but all course materials relate directly to the retail trade.

All Retail Management courses are modular in design.

For retail assistants and ancillary workers we also offer "crash courses" on a "need to know" basis. Specific English for specific situations.

Courses are run at all levels, and participants are "immersed" in the language they need to do their jobs effectively.

Tlc philosophy and group size play an important part in course success and personal development.

A free "Needs Analysis" is conducted before course start.
