Tlc run short intensive courses at all levels throughout the year.
Courses are intended for:
- those who wish to improve their use and knowledge of Standard Marine Navigational Vocabulary at all levels.
- The more advanced, who wish to pursue a career in Navigation and need English for professional qualifications.
All courses are "learner Centred" and follow Tlc methodology.
Groups are small (max. 4), and courses concentrate on the "Spoken Word".
All course material is directly related to Navigation and include workshops and simulations to practice key vocabulary in authentic seafaring situations, with model dialogues and drills.
Courses are modular, and cover all aspects of Marine Navigation and technology.
A free "Needs Analysis" is conducted before course start.
